Hola. Un posteo muy corto hoy día, solo para mostrarles la última de las opciones para la tarjeta de bebé; nuevamente los colores son los mismos y lo que cambia es el diseño de la tarjeta. Espero les guste.

Hello. A very short post today, just to show you the last option for the baby cards: once again, the colours are similar and what chages is the design. I hope you like it.

 En la foto siguiente, un close-up de las flores y de la esquina cortada con perforadora de Martha Stewart; para resaltarlas un poco aplique tinta de color rosado oscuro (tipo tiza) alrededor de la pieza central y también alrededor de las flores.

The next pic is a close up that shows the corner cut with a punch from Martha Stewart and the flowers mounted on foam dots. In order to highlight the central piece and flowers I added some dark rose fluid chalk from Colorbox around the edges.

Como último comentario sobre estas fotos, mi amiga quedó encantada con las opciones y se llevó dos tarjetas en ves de una!!!.
A final comment on these pics, mi friend was delighted with these options and she took two cards instead of one!!!

Bienvenida II

Hola. Hoy quiero mostrarles la segunda opción para esta tarjeta de bebé que mencioné en el posteo anterior; no hay mucha diferencia en cuanto a los materiales y colores usados, pero si en cuanto a la distribución y diseño de la tarjeta, espero que les guste!!!

Hi!. Today I would like to show you the second option for the baby card I mentioned in my previous post; there is not much difference concerning colours or materials used but the distribution and design are different, I hope you like it!!!

 El diseño es quizás más simple que la tarjeta anterior, pero el resultado es muy bonito y al final... eso es lo que importa!!!   Aquí les muestro una foto en detalle de la tarjeta.
The design may be simpler than the first card, but the result is really nice and, in the end, that's what matters, isn't it?.  Here is a close up of the card.

Bienvenida!

Hola. Una muy querida amiga me pidió una tarjeta para regalar a los orgullosos padres de una bebé muy esperada. La tarjeta que les presento a continuación es la primera opción de varias que preparé para ella. Opté por lo más clásico cuando se trata de bebes; rosado, cintas, perlitas y algo de un suave brillo, todo esto acompañado de una simpática imagen que muestra una guagua asomándose y un letrerito de "Bienvenida". El enfoque esta puesto en una bonita "rosa" de papel, cortada con perforadoras y con una perlita al centro.

Hello. A very good friend asked me for a card to give to the proud parents of a very much expected baby girl. The card that follows is the first option of several I prepared for her. I went for the most clasic when dealing with babies: pink, ribbons, pearls and a soft shine, all of these together with a very nice image of a baby and a "welcome" sentiment. The focus is set on a nice "rose" made with paper punches and a pearl in the middle.

Adios Septiembre.

Último día de Septiembre y quise despedir este mes con una tarjeta que refleja la alegría de la primavera que ya esta llegando. La siguiente tarjeta tiene una mezcla de muchos elementos diferentes, algunos que es primera vez que uso, como la "blonda" blanca redonda, así es que me tomo un poco de tiempo armarla, pero finalmente resulto alegre, colorida y mas aún con la imagen de esta gorjuss girl. 

 Last day of September and I wanted to say good bye to this month with a card that shows the joy and happines of the coming Spring. The following card is a mix of many different elements, some of them I had never used before, like the doily, so it took me quite a while "assembling" it, but in the end it turned out happy, colorful and even better with the image of this gorjuss girl

Contagio Primaveral.

¡Hola!, Bienvenidos y bienvenidas!!!. Creo que la primavera me esta afectando seriamente y contagiando con sus deliciosos colores, olores y sabores. Como muestra de ello, la siguiente tarjeta también es otro homenaje a esta esperada primavera.

Hi! Welcome everyone!!! I think spring is really having a serious impact on me and its colours, smells and flavors are really affecting me. As an evidence of that, the following card is another tribute to this very much expected spring.

 La imagen de Tilda esta montada sobre foam dots para darle realce, la flor recibió un baño de glimmer mist, lo que le da un suave brillo y esta es la primera vez que hago pequeños banners para una tarjeta y me gusta mucho como se ven (orgullosa de mi misma, ja, ja, ja). Los papeles son fantásticos; muy alegres y colores primaverales (Lime Twist collection de My Mind Eyes).

Tilda's image has been set on foam dots ; the flower was sprayed with glimmer mist which gives it a soft glossy shine and this is the first time I make little banenrs for a card, I liked very much the result (feeling proud of myself, ha, ha, ha.). The papers are just amazing, so happy and spring-like colours (Lime Twist collection from My Mind Eyes).

Tarjetas Gemelas

Hola, Bienvenidos!!!. Hoy quiero mostrarles un par de tarjetas bastante femeninas y delicadas: flores, colores pasteles o suaves, mariposas, lacitos, perlas,etc. Quizás sea que ya llega la primavera y uno se pone a tono con la estación. Desde ya mis disculpas por las fotos pero ha estado lloviendo y el día muy oscuro lo que me impide tomar fotos de mejor calidad y luminosidad.

Hi, welcome back!!!. Today I would like to show you a couple of very feminine and soft cards, you know, flowers, pastel colours, butterflies, bows, pearls, etc. Maybe it's because spring is arriving this side of the world and I'm trying to catch up with the season. I apologize for the quality of the pics but it has rained all day and it has been very dark so I couldn't have all the light I wanted for these pics.

 La primera tarjeta tiene una imagen muy dulce de Tilda sosteniendo un par de perritos y esta pegada sobre foam dots para darle realce; además tiene un par de flores y una mariposa cortadas con diferentes perforadoras y adornadas con un punto de strass, (el de la mariposa es extremadamente pequeño y delicado) e infaltable costura a mano que me gusta mucho.

The first card shows a sweet image of Tilda holding two puppies; it's been put on foam dots; I also add a couple of flowers & a butterfly cut with punches and embelished with rhinestones (the one from the butterfly is really tiny and delicate) and the never missing hand sewing that  like so much.

La segunda tarjeta a pesar de tener un LO diferente a la anterior es bien parecida asi es que por eso las llamé tarjetas gemelas; nuevamente una imagen de tilda pintada en tonos bien suaves, flores, mariposa, un lazo de cinta rosada, perlitas ad-hoc e, infaltable por supuesto!!!, unos trazos de costura a mano en el borde de toda la pieza central de la tarjeta.

Although the second has has a different LO than the first one  is very similar, that's why I called them Twin Cards; again there is a soft painted Tilda, flowers, butterfly with glitter, a bow, soft pears and, of course!!! hand sewing all around the central piece of the card.

Monocromática

Hola. Mucho tiempo ha pasado desde mi último posteo pero varias cosas importantes y serias sucedieron en mi vida, lamentablemente no fueron muy buenas, pero ya estoy en camino de superarlas así es que vuelvo a mis queridas tarjetas. Hoy les quiero mostrar una tarjeta simple y monocromática, creo que es la primera tarjeta monocromática que hago.

Hi!. Lots of important and serious things have happened to me since my last post, sorringly they were not very good but I am now on the way to overcome all that so I'm coming back to my dearest cards. Today I would like to show you a simple monochrome card, I think this is my first card using just one single colour.

 Tiene dos tipo de papel diferentes que contrastan (no se nota muy bien en las fotos) y el énfasis esta totalmente puesto en el relieve. A un costado, costura a mano y una cinta de organza en el mismo tono, con un roseton doble. El papel texturado esta montado sobre foam dots para darle altura.

It has two different kind of textured papers (sorry the pics do not show that well) and all the stress is on the beautiful embossing. On one side, hand sewing and a simple ribbon in the same colour. The textured piece is set on foam dots.

 Aprovechando el diseño del relieve añadí unas pequeñas perlitas que le dan un toque más delicado.
I added a few tiny pearls on the embossed flowers.

Me gusta el resultado pero tengo que confesar que me gustan mucho más las tarjetas llenas de colores
I do like the result but I have to admit I like much more the cards full of colours.
